Bollywood’s original Mast Mast girl Raveena Tandon is all set to share screen space with Akshaye Khanna in Vijay Gutte’s Legacy. This is the first time, the actress who packed several blockbusters in the 90’s, is working with Akshaye. Although they had worked together in JP Datta's LOC Kargil, they didn't have any scenes together. Shot across multiple countries to appeal to a global audience, Legacy is Vijay Gutte's first OTT project, and second association with Khanna. Khanna had earlier worked with Gutte in the 2019 political drama The Accidental Prime Minister.
Akshaye and Raveena play rivals in the series, which is said to be a tale of power. According to Gutte, Legacy is about the dark realities of the professional world. "I am thrilled to be reuniting with Akshaye for this and exhilarated to have Raveena Tandon on board with us. This talent powerhouse is set for an epic rivalry," said Gutte.
Speaking to the media, Khanna said that he was glad “Legacy is going to be my first web series,” while Tandon said, “Legacy presents an interesting tale of power struggle with an entertaining drama, which grasped my attention. It is a fine work of content articulated interestingly to resonate with a global audience.”
