He is the owner of Popcorn Entertainment. His production house has released movies such as Bhagam Bhag, Khel, Mission Istanbul and Rakht. Lara Dutta took a break from Bollywood after tying the knot with Mahesh Bhupati. She launched a saree collection in collaboration with Chabbra 555. Even though Twinkle didn’t have a thriving filmy career, she is a savvy businesswoman. She is also a writer and has penned a couple of books.
Although Priyanka Chopra’s career is at its peak, The White Tiger star announced she is opening a restaurant, Sona, in New York that will serve Indian cuisine. In an Instagram post, Priyanka, Priyanka, who recently introduced her new haircare line Anomaly, announced that Sona will embody "the flavours that she has grown up with".
"I'm thrilled to present to you SONA, a new restaurant in NYC that I poured my love for Indian food into. SONA is the very embodiment of timeless India and the flavours I grew up with. The kitchen is helmed by the incredible Chef @harinayak, a masterful talent, who has created the most delicious and innovative menu, taking you on a food journey through my amazing country," Priyanka wrote.
The restaurant will open later this month. She accompanied the post with three pictures, one of the restaurant and two from the small prayer ceremony she and her family, including husband Nick Jonas, performed in 2019 before beginning work on the food joint.
"The second and third photos were taken in September 2019 when we performed a small intimate Puja (prayer ceremony) to bless the space that would soon become @sonanewyork Godspeed!" she wrote.
Meanwhile, Nick, after the launch of his latest solo album Spaceman, arrived in London with his parents, Kevin Jonas Sr and Denise, to spend some time with his wife.
Priyanka shared a photo of a cream-coloured jumper, knitted by her mother during her time in London. "My mother knitted this sweater for me while she’s been here in london. My family is my greatest blessing. So happy to be reunited," she wrote in the caption.
Priyanka and her mother have been stationed in London for the last year. In this time, Priyanka has filmed Text For You, a romantic drama with Outlander star Sam Heughan and is currently working on Citadel, a spy-thriller series made by the Russo Brothers and also starring Richard Madden of Game of Thrones fame.
