Kareena Kapoor Khan decided to mark International Women’s Day by sharing the first photo of her newborn son on March 8th. The actress who is seen clasping her baby to her chest wrote a message with the monochrome photo. “There’s nothing women can’t do ❤️❤️. Happy Women’s Day my loves ❤️. #InternationalWomensDay,” the actor wrote.

Kareena and her husband Saif Ali Khan welcomed their second child, a baby boy on February 21. The couple, who got married in October 2012, has a 4-year-old son, Taimur. Taimur has been an Internet sensation ever since his birth and is followed by the paparazzi round-the-clock.

The star couple had announced the pregnancy in August. Just like her first pregnancy, this time too Kareena didn't take a break from her work. The actress was shooting for back-to-back projects even during pregnancy. Kareena delivered the baby at Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai. Extending thanks to their well-wishers, the couple had released a joint statement at the time, which read, “We are very pleased to announce that we are expecting an addition to our family. Thank you to all our well-wishers for all their love and support.”

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli shared a candid snap of his wife Anushka Sharma with their baby daughter Vamika today. Virat wrote, “Seeing the birth of a child is the most spine chilling, unbelievable and amazing experience a human being can have. After witnessing that, you understand the true strength and divinity of women and why God created life inside them. It’s because they are way stronger than us men. Happy Women’s Day to the most fiercely, compassionate and strong woman of my life and to the one who’s going to grow up to be like her mother ❤️. And also a Happy Women’s Day to all the amazing women of the world (sic).”

Anushka gave birth to Vamika in a Mumbai hospital on January 11.
