Doctor's Facebook post about Kerala Chief Minister goes viral

A Facebook post of Dr Shameer VK of Kozhikode Medical College about Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has gone viral on social media. The post was about Chief Minister's call to Shameer who tested Covid-19 positive.

In the post, he says that the Chief Minister called him on the day election results were announced. He describes how difficult it was to handle Covid-19 and the post goes on.

In the lengthy Facebook post, he says, "Another special episode of Covid is currently happening in my life. In a year-and-a-half-long journey, the virus gave too many tests and the calculations were flawed. The Covid's journey has created a movement in life exactly like a wave."

The Doctor even explains how everyone in the family tested Covid-19 positive one by one. He says," The son showed fever firstly. Antigen test conducted on the same day showed positive. In the following days, others started to show symptoms such as body pain, fatigue. When the remaining five people in the house were tested, all the results were positive."

Towards the end of the post, he says about the CM's call, which was such a surprise for him. In the phone call, the Chief Minister enquired, "Doctor, how are you. You had taken both doses of vaccine, then there will be no problem."
