Full Report: ED rebuts Sivasankar's bail plea claims

The Enforcement Directorate had submitted their rebuttals to the arguments and allegations placed by Sivasankar in his bail plea. The Directorate’s main argument is that he could have made these arguments during his trial, but didn’t do so. In regards to the contradiction of claims between NIA and ED, the Directorate said that their investigation is still ongoing and that present aspects are subject matter. The ED had given proper explanations to address the claims put forward by Sivasankar, except for the latter’s allegation that the Directorate has been leaking information to media.
